However, my personal opinion - these ideas shouldn't be restricted. Lot of these ideas are fluid and as an experienced person you may find them more on intellectual and less on business objective. They have plenty of questions and lot of fresh ideas. Besides, a good job and nice salary :) their clear objective is to implement what they have learn. They are less forgiving and highly judgmental. Trust me, its not very easy to have management trainees in your team. Out of thirty-five management trainees who were aligned to various functional heads (based on their specialization and interest), I had an opportunity to mentor five of them. Wish corporates were always so forgiving across all levels. You could ask any stupid question and your seniors would answer them considering - 'Oh! its Ok. You tend to learn and understand so much. And those were the days of learning which was so satisfying. I also started my career as a management trainee. Yes! people like us are called Management Trainees. Once again this year, fresh baked, virgin thought(ed), first time managers from premium B Schools joined our organization.
